This role will own and scale all aspects of talent acquisition including recruiting execution, metrics & analytics, stakeholder partnership, candidate experience, market intelligence, and recruiting operations. Reporting / Impact Reporting to the CEO and co‑founder, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to shape our talent strategy, systems, and processes to support rapid growth in 2026 and beyond. You’ll ensure a seamless, high‑impact experience for hiring people to excel at Scribe. What you’ll do Recruiting Strategy & Execution – Design and optimize best‑in‑class hiring processes, ensuring we attract and close top talent with a data‑driven approach. Own recruiting for select high‑priority roles yourself. Recruiting Function – Lead and scale the Talent team to increase and evolve hiring velocity with business demand. Performance & Culture – Implement high‑impact feedback and performance management systems, holding a high bar for talent while fostering a values‑driven, high‑energy workplace. Business Partner – Act as a key advisor to the leadership team, driving Talent strategy that supports business goals and long‑term growth. Scale the Talent Function – Lead and grow the Talent team, ensuring they evolve to meet business needs. Live our Values – be a culture‑carrier and beacon of Values in everything we do. Most importantly, you build cultures where people do the best work of their careers, fostering growth and setting a high bar for performance. Qualifications 8+ years of progressive talent or full‑cycle recruiting leadership experience, with at least 3+ years of people‑management experience—ideally at an early‑stage tech startup. Proven track record of building and scaling strategies in high‑growth environments. Outstanding analytical skills, comfortable working with data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including ROI. The ability to be a strategic leader while remaining hands‑on day‑to‑day. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization. Operational excellence, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving execution.
