Lime is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead security initiatives across product, engineering, and business enablement teams. This role is responsible for creating, scoping, mobilizing, and delivering complex cross-functional programs which support organization goals, reduce risk, and drive compliance with security frameworks and standards. What You'll Do: Manage large-scale technical programs from inception through delivery; step in as needed to manage high-priority projects within your program. Define program scope, workstreams, and resource needs. Build and manage the integrated program plans and milestones while ensuring effective utilization of budget and resources. Define clear success criteria, track KPIs, and ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes aligned with strategic goals. Lead cross-functional teams from business, product management, and engineering to align priorities, resolve roadblocks, and promote quality delivery across all initiatives. Provide technical and functional guidance in system design, data governance, and solution decisions. Establish and maintain program-level governance, including anticipating and mitigating risk & issues, managing dependencies, and driving resolution through collaborative problem-solving. Provide executive & team level updates, dashboards, and reporting artifacts to track status, performance, and decisions. Recommend and implement improvements based on program retrospectives, stakeholder feedback, research and industry trends. Facilitate strategic discussions and roadmap development with Security Engineering, Internal Audit, and Compliance teams - prioritize, mobilize, and lead workstreams on mitigation, incident response and continuous monitoring efforts. Contribute to the continuous testing and monitoring of security controls. About You: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field is preferred but not required. 7+ years of program management, with demonstrated success leading Information Security programs. Security certifications i.e., CISSP, CISA, PMP, or similar are a plus. Deep understanding of application, infrastructure, and security frameworks and standards, including SOC 2, SOX, ISO 27001, or NIST. Strong analytical and data synthesis skills with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Proficiency in platforms i.e., AWS, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow. Influence without authority, build trust and drive decisions across diverse teams, and convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent judgment, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills, with a bias for delivery and continuous improvement. Proficiency in work & project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, GSuite). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks in technical programs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity and constant change. Create documentation and training to promote security awareness and governance. The salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by factors such as the candidate's location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
