Introductory Paragraph: Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Plumbing Designer to join their team based in beautiful Columbia, Maryland. As the ideal candidate for this permanent role with competitive salary benefits package, you will have at least 8 years of experience within plumbing design engineering.

Qualifications:

- At least 8 years' relevant experience working on MEP projects - A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification related to Engineering discipline - Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations specific to Maryland State (Maryland Building Performance Standards - MBPS)

Skills:

SAFETY Compliance Management skills: The job profile requires expertise level knowledge about safety compliance standards i.e OSHA , NFPA etc., so that all designs are being prepared keeping them into consideration.

Plumbing System Designing Expertise : Candidate must possess sound understanding regarding Installation layout diagrams preparations while ensuring availability of proper equipment sizing calculations involving pipes selection criteria, maintaining desired supply temperature range throughout system across different floors also considering risk mitigation steps during emergency situations.
