We are a small hospice organization that takes pride in delivering comprehensive services to meet the needs of our patients. We are a strong team of professionals that enjoy working with Hospice patients and their families during end of life scenarios. Seeking an experienced RN for hospice case management, admissions and on-call visits, on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for case management, interfacing with core hospice staff, supervising hospice aides, patient record keeping on EHR and attending mandatory bi-weekly IDG meetings. Must have a registered nursing degree, valid auto insurance, proof of current TB test and if received, Covid Vaccination record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41.00 - $44.00 per hour

Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
