Job Description As an AI Cloud Solution Architect, you will be the key bridge between GMI Cloud and our clients. You will gain a deep understanding of customer challenges in AI, deep learning, and high-performance computing (HPC), and leverage our cutting‑edge GPU cloud platform to design and implement customized technical solutions. This role requires you to possess both a solid technical foundation and excellent communication and project management skills to ensure efficient execution and delivery of solutions from design to deployment. Your Responsibilities Technical Empowerment & Consultation: Work closely with client technical teams to deeply understand their AI workflows and business pain points, providing professional GPU cloud technical consulting and architectural recommendations. Architecture Design & Optimization: Combine GMI Cloud's GPU, storage, and network resources to custom‑tailor high‑performance, high‑availability, and highly scalable AI cloud architecture solutions for clients, and continuously optimize them to improve efficiency and cost‑effectiveness. Project Execution & Management: Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to technical demonstrations and implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard of quality. Product & Technical Innovation: Collect and analyze market and client feedback to assist the product R&D team in optimizing existing cloud products and participate in the development and testing of new features, collectively driving product advancement. Cutting‑edge Technology Exploration: Continuously track the latest technological trends in AI, deep learning, and HPC, maintain a keen insight into the industry, and apply cutting‑edge knowledge to solutions. Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional Skills: Possess a solid foundation in cloud computing, familiar with mainstream cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, with experience in using GPU cloud resources. A deep understanding of AI and deep learning application scenarios, familiar with mainstream frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and their deployment and optimization on GPUs. Experience in architecture design and system optimization, capable of providing technical solutions for high‑concurrency, high‑performance business scenarios. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, enabling effective communication with internal teams and external clients. A strong client‑oriented mindset, capable of providing customized solutions based on client needs. Bonus Points: Project experience related to AI model training and inference, familiar with technology stacks like CUDA or TensorRT. Experience in cross‑departmental or cross‑cultural collaboration, able to adapt to international project environments. Experience contributing to open‑source communities or writing technical blogs.
