Director, Cyber Security KPMG US Overview We are seeking a Director, Cyber Security to lead the consulting practice’s emerging AI Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) offering. The role drives commercial strategy, sales, and solution delivery for AI‑powered security solutions. Responsibilities Shape the commercial offering around automating AI GRC using tools and enterprise technology platforms. Engineer and implement tools and platforms, leading system integrations with data sources for AI discovery, inventory, risk, compliance, and reporting. Contribute to the broader AI/ML competence offering, go‑to‑market strategy, and project execution. Work closely with security operations and threat intelligence leaders to integrate and automate AI GRC into client offerings. Develop and support execution of go‑to‑market strategy, including leading sales activities. Drive demand generation through strategic marketing and client engagement initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting, security, and technology. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; certifications in cyber security, business continuity, or related fields. Experience in software development and engineering in the AI/ML space focused on cyber risks. Proficiency working with data, AI/ML, and platform engineering technologies. Expertise in enterprise technology platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, etc. Proven experience shaping commercial offerings and go‑to‑market strategies for AI Security GRC solutions. Excellent client relationship management and sales acumen with demand generation and strategic marketing experience. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
