We seek innovative, customer-obsessed individuals who think deeply about complex challenges.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive policy sets, from conceptualization through implementation and monitoringDeliver clear risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadershipCreate business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy complianceFoster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business unitsManage high-risk and high-impact escalations alongside moderation and support teamsDevelop deep understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to guide policy developmentA day in the lifePolicy Managers monitor policy effectiveness using various signals and handle escalated policy compliance questions. They develop expertise in locale-specific requirements and consider cultural norms in decision-making. The role involves building policy recommendations based on multi-vector risk assessment, collaborating with product teams on risk solutions, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,100/year in our highest geographic market.
