Overview:

Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at Mercyhealth Harvard South Clinic in Harvard, IL. The position will include both clinic and hospital rounding responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of both our hospitalist and clinic teams

Opportunity:

  • Join and collaborate with an experienced primary care physician and one other NP
  • Ability to build your own family medicine patient panel while supporting the physicians practice
  • Will include daytime rounding at the hospital
  • Flexible hours, Monday-Friday
  • Enjoy a level of independence and collaboration within the support of a fast-growing health system
  • System-wide Epic EMR

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited MSN program
  • Current IL RN license
  • Current IL APRN license
  • Current IL DEA number
  • Other certifications as required
  • NP must be able to work with patients of all ages
  • Primary Care Nurse Practitioner experience is required
  • 2 years Hospital or Critical Care experience preferred
