As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take a leadership role in a thriving organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically on projects valued at $20 million or more.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, schedules, and budgeting.
- Commercial project experience is essential.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
