We seek a Licensed Clinical Therapist with Child/Adolescent Experience (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a Full-time position at our Lancaster, PA location.

The ideal clinician will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with other clinicians and embrace innovative therapies appropriate for effective treatment.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
Minimum of two years of clinical experience with children & adolescents
Independent Mental Health License in Pennsylvania
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience with health psychology
