Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time position at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Needham in Needham, MA. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide both inpatient and outpatient coverage.
The successful candidate will:
- maintain a strong working knowledge of nutrition standards of care for inpatient and outpatient settings;
- serve as an active member of the multidisciplinary care team, with involvement in group education classes, committees and community outreach events as needed;
- demonstrate competency in nutrition care planning for both the inpatient and outpatient population;
- participate in performance improvement and/or outcome measurement initiatives in the clinical and operational setting; and
- mentor/coach Dietetic Interns.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
- Registered Dietitian credentials with licensure in Massachusetts;
- interest in both inpatient and outpatient nutrition;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs;
- a history of working independently with little direction and with a positive outlook; and
- a commitment to continued education in the nutrition field.

Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
