Store Manager Join GPM Investments, LLC as a Store Manager and lead a team to success at one of the nation's top convenience chains. Role Description As a Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store operations, drive performance, motivate teams, and set the example every shift. Responsibilities Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance. Lead and inspire a team of 8‑15 employees across all shifts. Be available for all shifts – days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Perform all duties of store employees, including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps. Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions. Recruit, hire, and train new team members. Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising. Handle all banking and cash deposits; must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction. Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals. Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives. Take on any store needs, including cross‑training and managing deli or QSR operations when necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Open availability to work any shift. Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance. Retail or food management experience preferred. Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness. Minimum age requirement: 18+ years old in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO. Minimum age requirement: 21+ in all other states. Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check. In Tennessee, must complete Topshelf Manager Training. Exempt store managers are required to work a minimum of 52 hours a week. Benefits Competitive Salary. Performance‑Based Bonuses. Weekly Pay on Friday. 401(k) with match starting on Day 1.
