Job Description The Creative Strategy team delivers world‑class influencer marketing creative strategy, creative solutions, and creator‑generated content for Linqia’s clients. As a Creative Strategist, you will act as a creative contributor to the revenue organization, developing and consistently raising the innovation and quality of proposals and executing creatively compelling creator‑led client campaigns. What You’ll Do Creative (Pre‑Sale): Ideate insight‑driven creator campaign ideas for clients Lead and contribute to new business proposals Design Canva slides for proposals and proactive decks Create social media mocks, including editing images and copywriting for proposals and proactive decks Creative (Post‑Sale): Craft creative briefs for creators, including sourcing music and designing mood boards Give creators feedback on their creative outlines/scripts to elevate their executions Creative (Cross‑Client): Demonstrate fluency in social media and creator trends and provide perspective on how to tap into them for clients How You Will Do It Be human Act like an owner Move fast and learn from it Create great experiences Be a problem solver Data wins Good partners to colleagues and clients Eternally curious and always learning Open to change as the industry, Linqia, and its processes evolve Location NY or SF (hybrid) Ideal Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a creative team at a creative, influencer, digital, or social media agency or platform Background in one or more of the following: copywriting, strategy/planning, art direction Interest in and passion for social media and the creator economy Strong presentation skills, including experience pitching new business This position description is intended to describe the duties most frequently performed by an individual in this position.
