Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in automotive sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
  • Train and coach sales staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages success and innovation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with previous managerial experience highly desirable
  • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and dealership operations
  • Knowledge of finance and banking processes in the automotive industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
