What you’ll get to do: Be their primary marketing wing-person Support onboarding & brand enablement Partner on launches, campaigns, events & promotions Power the Co-Op Magic Help partners use co-op dollars smartly & creatively Activate Dealers for Success Lead local marketing support & training Boost awareness through events, roadshows & social tools Localize & Launch Campaigns Tailor national initiatives for regional impact Manage timelines, creative needs & reporting loops Energize Field Events Bring LG brand experiences to life at distributor & industry events Track Wins & Keep Us Moving Forward Evaluate campaign results & partner participation Share real-world insights to fuel continuous improvement Approx. 50% travel — because great partnerships happen face-to-face QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar 2–3+ years in field, channel, or distributor marketing Bonus points for HVAC or B2B channel familiarity Strong multitasker — fast-paced environments energize you Confident working solo in the field but love a good team sync Proficient in Microsoft Suite & CRM tools (Salesforce = extra gold star?) The Salary range listed is a National Average for the role. Actual salary for the position might differ based on the geography. $61,000 — $82,000 USD Benefits Offered Full-Time Employees: No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.
