As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of the store, helping customers find the best products for themselves and others and contributing to a positive, high-energy environment. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and inviting. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to store policies and procedures. Comfort with physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and climbing ladders as needed; ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Qualifications Thrives in a customer-first retail environment with a focus on delivering results. Experience in sales and customer service in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations when needed. Available to work peak days and varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
