Okta is in profitable growth mode and we are seeking an experienced, self‑motivated Finance Manager to drive and scale OKTA’s growth. This role reports to the Finance Director, Corporate FP&A and partners with Finance peers and leadership to lead the monthly forecasting process—consolidating, analyzing, and communicating key financial trends that influence our quarterly plans and guidance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail while maintaining a big‑picture view, and the ability to work cross‑functionally and independently. They are highly organized, energized by balancing new challenges with the rhythm of monthly reporting, and comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization. Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead the monthly short‑term forecasting process, including reviews with FP&A & Finance Leadership Own the Benefits & Taxes consolidation and forecast for compensation‑related taxes Partner with FP&A and other key stakeholders to improve processes for efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness as the company grows and scales Forecast foreign‑exchange rates and their impact on company financials Partner with the Tax team to deliver the corporate tax forecast Job Requirements Able and willing to come into SF HQ as needed (up to 2x a week) 4+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 1 year of Corporate FP&A Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills Advanced Excel/GSheets and PowerPoint/GSlides skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presenting analyses to senior leadership Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment while maintaining precision Proficiency with FP&A systems; Anaplan and Tableau experience is a huge plus Experience in a high‑growth global high‑tech/software/SaaS organization is a plus Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary range for San Francisco Bay Area: $140,000 – $210,000 USD. For other California, Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington locations: $125,000 – $187,000 USD.
