Job Description The Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce.com Administrator who has in-depth understanding of the SFDC tool along with experience on working with Business on the Sales Cloud as well as Service Cloud side. The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems and acting as the knowledge expert for evolving new processes within the company. This role will work with representatives from every department in particular, Sales, Marketing & Customer Success - to build and maintain processes and manage the data relating to them. Person should be responsible for day to day SFDC admin work as well. Responsibilities Understand and analyze business objectives and functional requirements into technical Salesforce solutions Must have a deep understanding of scalable solutions and Salesforce best practices Manage day to day SFDC Admin activities Hands on experience with creation of Global Price Books for SaaS and Appliance business Should have worked on SFDC instance integration projects in case of Mergers and Acquisitions Hands on experience on Territory carving and reassignments Person should have experience in changing a non-audited SFDC instance into a SOX controlled instance and should have worked in a SOX controlled SFDC environment Should have experience working on Service Cloud aspect of SFDC Experience working on a CPQ (Configure, Price and Quote) in the past will be nice to have Maintain Users, User Roles, Security, and Profiles Serve as a 'go to' person for Salesforce for internal clients throughout the company Train end users and prepare related documentation (training materials, process and data flows, and use cases) Remain current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies Qualifications Minimum 4 Years of experience as an SFDC Administrator Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Should have a very positive attitude at work and willing to work with Proven experience with business process optimization Salesforce.com Certified Administrator must have Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator nice to have Location: Sunnyvale, California Posted: 04/06/2017 #J-18808-Ljbffr
