Lecturer: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Position title: Lecturer Salary Range: $68,247-$192,040 (based on UC academic salary scales). Percent Time: Positions may range up to 33% time. Position Description The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley seeks temporary instructors to teach courses in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion business topics. The pool will remain open for one year. Responsibilities Teach assigned courses on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Hold office hours for student support. Assign grades and provide academic feedback. Advise students on academic and career matters. Prepare and maintain course materials. Qualifications Basic qualifications (required at time of application): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international degree. Additional qualifications (required at time of start): Minimum of four years of professional practice in the relevant field. Preferred qualifications: Experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in business, government, or not‑for‑profit organizations; PhD in psychology or sociology; higher‑education teaching experience; advanced degree.
