Job DescriptionExperienced Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers wantedEverStaff is seeking skilled Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers for a Direct Hire opportunity at a rapidly expanding Cleveland company As an essential part of our production process, you will play a crucial role in assembling both mechanical and electrical components to the highest standards of quality and precision.Compensation: $18-20 per hour; depending on experienceShift: 1st shiftResponsibilities:Perform electrical assembly tasks, including wiring, soldering, and circuit testing, adhering to safety and quality standards.Execute mechanical assembly operations, utilizing hand tools and equipment to assemble parts and components accurately and efficiently.Conduct thorough part inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and quality control measures.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or discrepancies that may arise during the production process.Requirements:Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a demonstrated ability to perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks effectively.Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension skills to interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documents.High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all assembly tasks.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while adhering to production schedules and deadlinesIf you possess the above qualifications and are eager to contribute to our dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
