Job details

As the Facility Maintenance Technician, for our beautiful Salt Lake City office, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of our facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment.

This role involves a variety of tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems maintenance, carpentry, and general repairs.

What you bring High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Hands-on experience in maintenance/repair or a related field is an asset. 5+ experience required in a variety of technical skills related to maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general repair work. Ability to use and maintain hand and power tools commonly used in mainte nance tasks. Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions required. Physical fitness and stamina are important. Being meticulous and paying attention to detail is crucial. Good communication skills to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and possibly external contractors. Knowledge of safety protocols an added benefit. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to emergency situations is vital. Effective organization and time management skills a must.
