Job Summary
The Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management provides executive leadership, oversight and strategic direction for developing practical, system‑oriented revenue cycle improvements that drive significant performance value enhancements to our organization.

Ensures appropriate, optimized revenue and collections in collaboration with operational management, and peer financial services functions across the organization. Develops and executes change management process for revenue cycle operations, creating a centralized function for business service lines. Creates innovations, technology point solutions or vendor relationships that generate market‑leading results for Home Care Services.
Drives strategy and action plan development for revenue cycle for prospective practices during diligence. Provides strategic guidance and analysis; develops and establishes broad‑scale, long‑term business objectives, goals and projects. Develops and formulates performance measures and standards for revenue cycle services linking vision, concepts, and operational implications. Acts as a revenue cycle and reimbursement strategic advisor, executive liaison to the C‑suite.
Supports operations and finance teams in achieving plan through revenue cycle improvement. Collaborates with DME and Home Health practice operations on workflow changes and practice management system training that enhance revenue cycle performance. Influences staff and physician behavior to drive financial performance through actionable reporting. Manages mutually agreed upon OKRs and/or KPIs such as days in AR, denials, claims per FTE, staffing ratios for revenue cycle.
Establishes, maintains, and cultivates positive business relationships with payers, networks, and vendors. Participates actively and consistently in bi‑weekly staff meetings, huddles, one‑on‑ones, and departmental meetings as needed. IHCS is an equal opportunity employer.
