Clark Hill’s Washington, D.C. office is seeking a law student for a law clerk position in its Immigration business unit for the Spring 2026 semester. Responsibilities for this role include drafting routine correspondence and legal documents, conducting legal research, as well as collecting, organizing, and reviewing records. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic. Ideal candidates should have an interest in Immigration law and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. An immigration law course or participation in an Immigration law clinic is a plus. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required and trial advocacy, moot court, and/or journal experience is preferred. The salary range at the time of posting is $35.00/hour, based upon a part-time work schedule.
