Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of individuals under your supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions for patients in the acute care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to the care plan as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families, promoting self-care and disease prevention.
- Perform basic life support procedures, including airway management, catheterization, venipuncture, and phlebotomy.
- Assist with laboratory specimen collection and processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in [state].
