3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Responsibilities:Provide operational guidance on nuclear human factors engineering related to operations, maintenance, and testing activities.Develop human-system interfaces, procedures, and training programs.Support the development of operational procedures, alarm response, and operator training programs.Review, test, and validate human-system interfaces using simulators and plant procedures.Incorporate design requirements into analyses and documentation.Participate in design reviews and respond to corrective actions.Deliver engineering documentation in compliance with requirements and regulations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.Reactor Operator (RO) license and Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification.Minimum 5 years as a reactor operator and 2 years in human factors.M.S.
