Our mission is rooted in Jewish values, serving people of all backgrounds.Position OverviewAs a Residential Counselor, you will work closely with residents to implement Individual Program Plans, support daily routines, promote independence, and facilitate community integration. Residents are in their 20s and 30s, motivated to grow socially and independently, and live in a supportive group setting.Compensation and BenefitsPay Rate: $27/hourShift: Saturday and Sunday, 2:00PM - 10:00PM (~15 hours/week)Part-time, non-exempt position with no benefits, with opportunities for career advancement and a hiring bonus (eligibility required)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and follow individualized plans to promote independence and life skillsSupport residents in daily activities including meal prep, hygiene, safety, and medication managementEncourage community participation and social skill developmentDocument activities and progress accuratelyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferredMinimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilitiesProficiency in MS Office and general computer skillsPre-employment TB test, physical, and drug screening requiredAdditional InformationWe encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, including minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with criminal records, in accordance with applicable laws.
