Accentuate Staffing is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to join one of our clients on their Program Access Resources team on a temporary basis . This role will play a crucial part in delivering high-priority design projects, managing email marketing campaigns, and creating visually compelling presentations for key initiatives. Responsibilities:

Graphic Design and Branding Updates
Edit PDFs, create letterhead designs, and make branding updates.
Handle time-sensitive design tasks related to major meetings, and product launches
Email Marketing Campaigns
Design and configure newsletters and mass email campaigns using pre-built templates in platforms like MailJet or MailChimp.
Ensure all email marketing materials comply with design standards and deadlines.
Enhanced Presentation Development
Create polished PowerPoint presentations with animations and advanced formatting for high-visibility projects, such as quarterly reviews, strategic planning cycles, and major meetings like the NSM.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
2-6 years of proven graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Marketing experience within the medical technology industry is a plus
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailJet or MailChimp)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with strong knowledge of design principles and best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Must be locally based in RTP and available to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday
