*Responsibilities:*
As a Registered Nurse on the 7 Medical Unit, you will independently plan and provide exceptional nursing care in accordance with physician orders, hospital and departmental policies, the American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, the Indiana Nurses Practice Act, and the ANA Code of Ethics.
*Qualifications:*
* *Education:* Diploma in Nursing, ASN, or BSN.
* *Experience:* Previous RN experience in ICU or Med/Surg is required.
* *Licensure:* Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
* *Certifications:* CPR certification required; additional certifications may be necessary for specific areas.
* *Physical Requirements:* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with up to 100 pounds (heavier lifting may be required in certain departments).
* *Communication:* Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
