As a member of the firm's litigation group, you can expect to provide advice and counseling services to employers on a variety of matters including hiring, firing and discipline issues, business disputes, as well as create handbooks, contracts, and general employment policies. Attorneys also assist with and conduct investigations and represent clients in litigation and administrative hearings. Qualifications and Skills:


  • 3-7 years of litigation experience in civil or business related disputes
  • Minimum of two years of experience in California labor and employment law
  • Experience drafting/responding to pleadings and discovery, drafting/arguing motions, taking/defending depositions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and adaptability to learn and integrate feedback
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Effectively prioritize multiple matters and meet deadlines
  • JD from an ABA accredited school
  • In good standing with the California Bar
  • Trial experience is a plus, but not required
