What you will do

  • Demonstrates successful technical/patient skills by efficiently implementing CT scanning protocols and procedures in Diagnostic CT.
  • Patient care during visit to CT according to expected service excellence standards.
  • Use administrative skills to contribute to the successful operation of the department.
  • Collaborates effectively and in a timely manner with coworkers and staff.
  • Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers.
  • Adheres to hospital CT safety standards.
  • Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.
  • Provides age-specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics.
  • Collaborates effectively with co-workers in a timely manner while displaying a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Education

  • Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology program. (Required)

Work Experience

  • 1+ years as radiologic technologist. (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Uses a variety of equipment specific to the area, including CT scanners, power injectors, and various computers. (Required)
  • Used to send and obtain patient information for care. (Required)
  • Ability to perform procedures specific to area. (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) (Required) and
  • Registered Technologist Radiography (ARRT-R) and Current Ohio license. (Required)

Additional Licenses and Certifications

  • CT Certification (Required)
