Maintains collegial relationships with personnel of other airlines for the exchange of information and experience in matters of mutual interest. Attends training classes, workshops, and seminars to stay abreast of current developments in the airline industry and related fields. Leads by example by including SMS principles in daily work habits and remaining current on SMS training requirements.
