Benefits for Full-Time Employees Competitive pay 20 days of paid vacation 10 holidays / 5 sick days per year Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits (eligible after 60 days of employment) 401K with a company match of up to 3% (eligible after 1 year of employment) Employer paid life Insurance and Accident Insurance (eligible after 60 days of employment) Duties and Responsibilities The Outpatient Program Director is responsible for providing a leadership presence at the facility, engaging in staff and client interactions, developing a structured environment, and upholding all policies and procedures at SHWC. The Director will oversee compliance, manage staff, boost morale, implement incentive programs, and report weekly to upper management. Oversee all scheduled program activities and introduce new program requirements approved by upper management. Ensure all program orders are placed, including food, office, and course supply materials. Train new staff and enforce a calm and therapeutic environment within the office. Assist in intake procedures for new patients, optimizing billing efforts and patient care. Schedule all staff on a weekly basis, ensuring total coverage by appropriate staff members. Maintain treatment/supplemental proficiency hours by enforcing the program schedule. Provide the Senior Administration with weekly staff and facility reports. Ensure budgeting and finances are overseen and completed monthly. Engage in community outreach and build relationships with referral sources. Assist staff in crisis intervention and maintain proper protocol for incidents. Maintain staff deadlines with documentation and reporting into Electronic Health Records. Ensure facility compliance with inspections and safety codes. Facilitate staff meetings and offer leadership and guidance. Uphold confidentiality requirements under 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Master’s degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences. Minimum 5 years of experience in Behavioral Therapy and/or Social Work. Familiarity with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Proficiency with office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid Driver’s License. Preferred Education and Experience Certification/Registration in drug and alcohol counseling through a licensed board, with at least two years experience supporting alcohol and drug treatment programs, and at least one year in a residential facility. RN License (preferred). 5 years of experience in Management; 3 years as a director.
