**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a reliable and experienced housekeeper to join our full-time team. This role includes working some weekends and holidays, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional quality, reliability, and the ability to engage effectively with residents, and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform cleaning tasks according to Taylor's high standards, including wet mopping, vacuuming, dusting (both high and low surfaces), polishing, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned.

- Assist with laundry services as needed.

- Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals.

- Build positive relationships with residents.

- Receive training to support individuals with dementia.

**Total Compensation:**

- Competitive hourly rate in the Lakes region.

- Health, dental, and vision insurance for under $85 per month.

- Shift differentials for weekends and double time for holidays.

**Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma or GED.

- Prior housekeeping experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
