Apply today for our Progressive Neuro Trauma Registered Nurse RN opening and continue to learnJob Summary and QualificationsAssess patient condition during admission and throughout each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.Perform procedures and care as ordered by the medical provider.Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitor response.Maintain a knowledge of medications, assessments, procedures, and equipment used in the care of remote telemetry and medical-surgical patients.What qualifications you will need:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not required)Licensed a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or has a Compact license.NIHSS certified- preferred, not requiredBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateHenrico Doctors’ Hospital has provided quality healthcare services to the Richmond community since 1974.
