BIM Manager (Revit) - Akron, Ohio - JOB #24-00032

Salary Range $100K to $125K Permanent Placement / Benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Akron, Ohio area A&E Firm offering strategic and master planning to post construction and project management services is seeking a full time BIM specialist with an architectural background to Manage the BIM 360, Revit and other associated programs and online tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have a degree in Architecture / Engineering with a
Certification of BIM competency.

The BIM Manager will review, evaluate, and if necessary, establish standards for BIM. Organize, create, maintain, develop templates, details, components, and family libraries. to include managing BIM 360 and other associated programs and online management tools and coordinate and manage all consultant BIM files.

The BIM Manager is expected to take a leadership role in training office personnel on BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD programs and provide assistance
in the maintenance of the software and hardware systems.

The BIM Manager must have the ability to put together a complete set of construction documents with the assistance of the project architect.

The BIM Manager must be willing to travel and conduct on-site field documentation.
