Housekeeper

We are a boutique, luxury resort vacation rental community and marina in the heart of the Florida Keys located at mm 49.5 in Marathon. We are seeking part-time and full-time Housekeepers for our 13 luxury weekly vacation rentals and common areas. This position is responsible to ensure cleanliness throughout the 13 luxury homes and residences, Club House, Dockmaster Building, Office Spaces, Amenity Spaces, etc. Main Duties Perform a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, making beds and window cleaning in vacation rental homes and common areas. Inspect all assigned areas daily and report all cleaning and maintenance discrepancies to supervisor. Ability to work with a team or on own. Light laundry and ironing. Ensure the highest level of cleanliness. Perform deep cleaning and special projects. Ensure storage areas are organized, neat and clean. Typical 8 hours between 7:30am - 6pm (no evenings). Must be able to work weekends. Great benefits and time off.
