About the Role This is a senior leadership position with a clear path to Service Line Director. You'll oversee CMT operations, manage a talented team, and ensure the success of our Miami-based lab as we expand across South Florida. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day CMT operations, including lab and field services. Team Management: Lead a team of Professional Engineers and technicians; mentor and grow staff (50%). Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with private and public clients (approx. 20% client-facing). Technical Oversight: Review and sign reports (approx. 30% of role). Business Growth: Help secure FDOT accreditation for the Miami lab and position the company for future expansion.
