Your Role and What You’ll Do: Drive retail sales by leveraging your passion for emerging technology and delivering exceptional customer service. Create meaningful connections with customers by actively listening and understanding their needs. Provide tailored product insights and solutions to meet customers' requirements. Utilize your strong communication skills to close sales by offering user-friendly tech solutions. Enhance your skills through ongoing training opportunities in merchandising and inventory management. Grow our customer base through outgoing calls and messages to current Verizon customers. Engage with the community by participating in Verizon-sponsored events to cultivate a loyal customer base. Compensation and Benefits: We're hiring immediately This is not your typical entry-level role. As a full-time Sales Associate, you can earn between $16.00 and $21.00 per hour, plus the potential to earn up to $16,000 annually in commissions for meeting your sales goals. Our commission program offers unlimited opportunities for top performers, who can earn an additional $14,500 or more, reaching total earnings of $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually, depending on performance. What We’re Looking For: A high school diploma or GED. At least one year of relevant experience, whether through work or military service. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (your schedule will be provided four weeks in advance). Openness to taking on extra shifts to maximize your earnings, especially during peak seasons. Even better if you possess: Experience in a commission-based sales environment. Demonstrated sales experience with strong customer interaction. Customer service experience.
