This position will be full-time contract and onsite.What You’ll DoCollect and analyze dataMake outbound calls to follow up on customer issues as well as gather informationAssist in the development of reports to show trends and forecastsAttend and participate in meetingsProduce data, analysis, and verification in a timely and accurate mannerProvide data inter-departmentally that highlights areas impacting the businessIndependently recognize possible areas of concern when reviewing dataWork with large volumes of data in an efficient and effective mannerOther duties as assignedWhat You’ll NeedRequired:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong written, verbal, and listening communication skillsEffective decision-making skillsAbility to look at the big picture, conceptualize outcomes, and identify trendsAbility to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related reporting toolsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.$23.53 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above.
