As a founding member of our front office team, you will play a crucial role inestablishing our brand presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market while building sustainablerevenue streams through corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagementinitiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development & Revenue Generation● Develop and execute comprehensive corporate partnership strategy to achieve annualrevenue targets● Identify, prospect, and secure naming rights, title sponsorships, presenting partnerships,and multi-year corporate partnerships● Create customized partnership packages that align with corporate partners' marketingobjectives and our team's brand values● Negotiate partnership agreements, contract terms, and renewal strategies● Maintain and grow existing partnership relationships while continuously expanding theStrategic Business Development● Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, marketing directors, anddecision-makers across Dallas-Fort Worth business community● Collaborate with team ownership and executive leadership to align partnership strategywith overall business objectives● Develop innovative activation concepts and experiential marketing opportunities forcorporate partners● Coordinate with Major League Volleyball league office on national partnershipopportunities and league-wide initiativesPartnership Activation & Account Management● Oversee fulfillment of all partnership commitments, ensuring exceptional service deliveryand ROI measurement● Work closely with marketing, operations, and game presentation teams to executepartner activations● Develop comprehensive activation reports and analytics to demonstrate partnershipvalue and impact● Serve as primary relationship manager for key accounts, conducting regular businessreviews and strategic planning sessionsMarket Development & Community Relations● Establish the team as a prominent community partner and advocate for women'sprofessional sports in Dallas● Identify and pursue partnerships with local businesses, healthcare systems, educationalinstitutions, and community organizations● Represent the organization at networking events, chamber of commerce functions, andindustry conferences● Develop relationships with local media partners and advertising agenciesRequired Qualifications● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field● 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, or● Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in excess of $1M annually● Experience in professional sports, entertainment, or related industries preferred● Deep understanding of the Dallas-Fort Worth business landscape and key marketplayers● Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills● Proficiency in CRM systems, partnership management platforms, and Microsoft OfficeSuite● Strong analytical skills with ability to create compelling ROI presentations andpartnership proposalsPreferred Qualifications● Previous experience launching or working with a startup sports franchise● Knowledge of women's professional sports landscape and volleyball specifically● Existing relationships within Dallas-Fort Worth corporate community● Experience with Major League Volleyball league, professional volleyball, or Olympicsports● Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) reflecting Dallas market demographics● Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable working in a startup environment with ambiguityand evolving priorities● Revenue Focus: Driven by measurable results and revenue generation goals● Relationship Builder: Natural networker with ability to establish trust and credibilityquickly● Creative Problem Solver: Ability to develop innovative partnership concepts andovercome obstacles● Team Collaborator: Works effectively across departments to deliver exceptional partnerexperiences● Market Knowledge: Understanding of Dallas business culture and decision-makingprocesses● Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsWhat We Offer● Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission structure● Flexible work arrangements with emphasis on results● Season tickets and hospitality access for networking and entertainment● Opportunity to build something meaningful in women's professional sportsReporting StructureThis position reports directly to the Team President/CEO and works closely with the marketingteam, and league partnerships department.
