Als CTO word jij verantwoordelijk voor het technische fundament van ons product: van architectuur tot uitvoering, van prototype tot schaalbaar systeem. Succes in deze rol betekent dat je: onze visie vertaalt naar een robuuste technische roadmap, snel en pragmatisch kunt bouwen in een vroege start-up context, en samen met ons een product ontwikkelt waar gebruikers écht sterker van worden. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de founders en helpt Rudi van 0 → 1 te brengen. Verantwoordelijkheden Ontwikkelen van de technische strategie en productarchitectuur voor een agentisch AI-systeem. Bouwen en onderhouden van de back-end infrastructuur (AI-lagen, data-flows, API-koppelingen, beveiliging). Leiding geven aan technische keuzes rond LLM-integraties, RAG-systemen, geheugenarchitectuur en automatisaties. Opzetten van integraties met gezondheids- en wearables-platformen (Apple Health, Google Fit, Oura, enz.). Bouwen van vroege productfeatures, prototypes en iteraties om snel te testen met gebruikers. Samenwerken met de founders om een duidelijke product- en executiestrategie vorm te geven. Uitbouwen van een eerste technisch team zodra het product tractie krijgt. Waarborgen van veiligheid, privacy (GDPR) en schaalbaarheid in alle technische processen. Kwalificaties Sterke ervaring in software-engineering (backend of full-stack). Aantoonbare ervaring met AI-gedreven producten, bij voorkeur agentische systemen of multi-step workflows. Ervaring met één of meerdere van de volgende technologieën: Python, Node.js, cloud-architectuur (AWS/Cloudflare), vector databases, RAG, LLM-integraties. Ervaring met bouwen in een early-stage omgeving (0 → 1). Begrip van data-privacy en beveiligingsstandaarden (GDPR, encryptie). Zelfstandig, probleemoplossend, ondernemend. Iemand die graag bouwt. Deze rol start op foundersniveau: we werken momenteel zonder salaris, maar mét gedeeld eigenaarschap. Dat betekent dat je vanaf dag één meebouwt als mede-founder, en je toekomstige salaris groeit mee met de tractie, investeringen en omzet van Rudi. We zoeken dus iemand die mee wil ondernemen, niet iemand die enkel een job zoekt. Ervaring met integraties van gezondheidsdata of wearables. Interesse in gedragspsychologie, habit-building of gezondheidstechnologie.
