Technical Sales Representative - Enventure Are you a self‑starter with deep oil & gas expertise and a passion for solving technical challenges? We’re looking for a results‑driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Midland, TX, and grow our presence across West Texas, South Texas, and New Mexico. Apply at https://www.enventuregt.com What You’ll Do Drive revenue growth by developing new customer accounts and nurturing existing relationships. Promote and introduce cutting‑edge Enventure technologies to the market. Deliver impactful technical presentations and client sessions. Build strategic account plans and manage client pipelines using our CRM platform. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to forecast and support project execution. Ensure timely billing, collections, and overall commercial performance. Represent Enventure at industry events and customer meetings. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (preferred). 5+ years of sales experience in drilling or completions with a solid track record. Strong existing client network across the Permian Basin and beyond. Prior hands‑on technical experience in a service company or E&P operator is a plus. What Sets You Apart Deep understanding of downhole completion hardware and techniques. Knowledge of the liner hanger market and completion practices. Confidence in matching customer challenges with technical solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Commercial acumen to balance profitability with client success.
