Work Shift: The contractor will work 40 hours per week, with a 30-minute lunch break. Overtime will not be permitted.

5.2.1.1 Routine Clinic Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

Qual:

The contractor shall provide a copy of his/her work experience (resume, C.V.). In addition to performing

Registered Nursing (RN) services, the contract provider shall be able to meet the following criteria:

5.7.1 Professional Development:

• The Contractor must have a valid and unrevoked registered nurse license and be a

graduate of an accredited school of registered nurses with a bachelor’s degree.

• *The contractor shall have at least one (1) full year experience in an Outpatient setting or General Medical-Surgical Unit within the past two (2) years.*

5.7.2 License/Registration:

• The Contractor must possess and maintain a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.

5.7.3 Certifications:

• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Trauma Nursing Core

Course (TNCC) (ACLS, PALS, and TNCC for Urgent Care/ER) (ACLS, PALS, or NRP for OB)
