This role is available across the United States.About OncologyOur Oncology team focuses on eliminating cancer by discovering new pathways and modalities to find treatments and cures. We lead where medicine is going and need innovators with an unwavering commitment to results.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and empower the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team to deliver an integrated key opinion leader (KOL), congress, and customer‑centric professional education strategy.Oversee the national and regional thought leader speaker engagement and medical education execution.Continuously assess the competitive landscape to inform strategic KOL engagement plans and innovative engagement platforms.Develop long‑term portfolio optimization strategy through identification and development of future Lung Oncology opinion leaders.Gather and share insights on current and future market development opportunities through advisory boards and regular interactions with thought leaders.Collaborate closely with brand marketing functions to align strategy, execution, and messaging to create cross‑functional market development plans for all Lung Oncology brands.Work with Brand Market Development teams to create and manage KOL database and execution metrics.Work closely with multiple functions including Brand Marketing, Sales, Key Account Managers, Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaisons, Commercial Excellence, Corporate Communications, and outside vendors to effectively execute key commercial activities.Oversee plans for relevant congress participation and evaluate support for regional sponsorships.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.Minimum 7 years of business experience; at least 4 years of demonstrated team leadership and proven performance highly preferred.Clinical acumen in oncology/lung and/or a biology/scientific background highly preferred.Proven people management experience required.Previous pharma sales or sales management experience required.Strong analytical and business acumen; innovative, proactive, and strategic thinker.Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.Valid U.S. driver’s license required.Travel and CompensationField‑based role with up to 40–50% domestic travel and limited international travel.
