As an Insurance Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions to clients, addressing their risk management needs and financial goals. This role involves assessing clients' insurance requirements, designing tailored insurance strategies, and recommending suitable products and services. You will also collaborate with other professionals, such as financial planners and underwriters, to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients' needs.

Responsibilities Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs, financial objectives, and risk tolerance. Analyze clients' existing insurance coverage, assets, liabilities, and financial resources to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Design customized insurance solutions and risk management strategies to address clients' specific needs and goals. Recommend appropriate insurance products and services, such as life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and annuities, based on clients' profiles and preferences. Collaborate with internal and external partners, including financial planners, underwriters, and actuaries, to develop holistic solutions that integrate insurance with other financial products and services. Present insurance proposals to clients, explaining the rationale behind recommended strategies, product features, benefits, and potential risks. Assist clients with policy implementation, including completing application forms, underwriting requirements, and policy issuance. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, reviewing their insurance portfolios regularly and adjusting strategies as needed to accommodate changes in circumstances or objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to ensure recommendations are relevant and compliant. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty and generate referrals.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, business, insurance, or related field (preferred). Previous experience in insurance sales, financial planning, or advisory role. Possess relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required licenses (e.g., Life & Health, Series 6 or 7). Strong understanding of insurance products, risk management principles, and financial planning concepts. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess clients' needs, evaluate options, and recommend appropriate solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Proficiency in using computer software and financial planning tools for analysis, modeling, and presentations. Ethical conduct and compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.
