Can include HVAC, boiler, heating, refrigeration, water, and energy systems to ensure the effective operation of the client facility. Position assures that equipment is being maintained in an energy-efficient and safe manner, and downtime is reduced to a minimum by anticipation of necessary repairs and maintaining records of past operating experiences. The engineer will be responsible to ensure all current vehicle maintenance utilizing CW vendor (Element) as well as ensuring current registration, insurance, and inspections are all current for their assigned vehicle. The engineer is also responsible to ensure all expenses are correctly input and processed through CW vendor, Element, or CW Workday Expense Reimbursement./ppDepending on the geographic regions, candidate may need to perform maintenance in client CEV (Controlled Environmental Vaults) locations. These locations in many cases are underground and require additional safety measures to enter and must be strictly adhered to.
