- CFS NY is working with a growing real estate client looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team and provide assistance to the CEO and President. This position will provide a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing organization and make a significant impact.
Role Responsibilities- Executive Assistant
- Maintain calendars for executives
- Schedule internal and external meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meals, and other events
- Handle incoming professional and personal correspondence
- Task management, file organization, data entry, maintaining contact lists, preparing and printing meeting materials when needed
- Perform various administrative tasks as necessary to support daily operations of the office.
Preferred Qualifications - Executive Assistant
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects under pressure
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- BA degree
- Experience in, or working knowledge of, the real estate industry is a plus
