Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 
  • Monitor department personnel in the safe set-up, operation and maintenance of machinery
  • Troubleshoot equipment and make appropriate machine repairs/adjustments when qualified to do so
  • Coordinates activity between various shifts to ensure smooth transition of duties
  • Perform quality inspections on extrusion and thermoforming and printing operations
  • Monitor production output, assist in the scheduling of employees
  • Assists in employee evaluation and the proper completion of performance reviews
What Will Make You Successful:
  • Previous production lead experience
  • Ability to add, subtract and divide in all units of measure including fractions, whole numbers, and decimals
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
