About the Team Our corporate services teams support billions of dollars in equipment sales every year. In this role, you will ensure business operations run smoothly in your vertical and support the overall business to achieve core objectives. Job Description Build a robust strategic product roadmap for our Whole Car and remarketing business. Establish, track, and monitor product KPIs and success metrics. Deliver value and unlock new opportunities across our remarketing ecosystem. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations to deliver strategic initiatives. Analyze trends in used vehicle sales, auto remarketing, digital remarketing, and auction platforms. Benchmark competitors and identify strategic white‑space opportunities. Guide Product and Engineering teams to achieve desired outcomes and goals. Identify emerging opportunities and threats in the automotive remarketing industry. Define and evolve product strategy for whole‑car remarketing channels (fleet disposals, lease returns, dealer trades, consumer sales, etc.). Translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in product strategy or product development. Deep understanding of vehicle lifecycle, wholesale markets, and remarketing channels. Familiarity with auction platforms, dealer networks, condition reports, and arbitration. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 20% travel required.
