By fostering a supportive and motivating work environment, the Lead CNA will contribute to the overall success of the skilled nursing rehabilitation center and ensure a fulfilling and rewarding experience for both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between CNAs and nursing leadership, ensuring effective communication.

Qualifications:

Certification: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CNA in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record of effectively managing teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Working Conditions:

Environment: Skilled nursing rehabilitation center.
Hours: Full-time position, with flexibility to work various shifts as needed. 6a -2p | 2p-10p | 10p-6a
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care, including lifting and transferring patients.
